Puffy Morning Face?

Feel a little puffy around the eyes and face when you wake up?

Take some time in the morning to moisturize.  When you apply your moisturizer you want to massage your face (about 3 to 4 minutes) and pay extra attention to your eye area.  Massaging will help de-puff and disperse excess fluids.

** My favorite moisturizer is from Neutrogena  (around $10)

Remedy of the Day: Kissable Lips?

To have awesome makeup, it's all about the prep work. Awesome makeup starts with a great foundation. Today we'll focus on your lips. Once you get out of the shower you want to apply a lip balm immediately to your lips.

Why?

A hot shower will soften your lips, so applying a lip balm will help create a smooth surface. This will provide you with even and smooth lip color application.

** my favorite lip balm is by Nivea "a kiss of moisture" it's around $3

Remedy of the Day: Crazy Brows?

Unruly eyebrows?

Try mustache wax! It's cheap and a little goes a long way. Clear mascara and even eyebrow gel will not provide you with a strong hold. The wax will provide a protective coat that will hold those rude hairs into place.

Remedy of the Day: Mascara Smudge?

Do you have issues with mascara messing up your eye makeup?

Next time try using a plastic spoon! Hold the spoon upward to cover/protect your upper lid makeup and below to protect your lower lid...Now you're smudge free. Quick, cheap and easy!

Remedy of the Day: Tangled Hair?

Do you have knots and tangles when you try to brush your wet hair?

You should always have a wide tooth comb in your shower.  Shampoo your hair and leave the conditioner in, take your wide tooth comb and start at the ends working your way to the top, rinse out conditioner. This will also prevent breakage when you brush out your hair.
**Always remember to start at the bottom and work your way to the top.

Conair has a really great inexpensive comb with a hook at the end. Perfect for shower time!
